以长江大学小麦与荞麦种质创新课题组选育的高花青素甜荞株系'QZZTQ'(全紫株)为材料,分析其花青素不同光照强度处理下和不同生育期的变化规律及时空分布特征.结果表明:(1)全紫株甜荞('QZZ-TQ')开花期花器官、苗期叶的花青素含量显著高于同时期其他器官,花器官和叶的花青素富集效应突出,可作为提取天然抗氧化剂的优良材料.(2)全紫株甜荞('QZZTQ')花青素积累的"重心"在苗期集中于营养器官主体叶片,进入开花期则显著转移并富集于生殖器官主体花器官.(3)全紫株甜荞('QZZTQ')的花青素组成具有显著器官特异性,花器官和叶的花青素组成以矢车菊素-3-O-葡糖糖苷为主,子叶和茎的花青素组成以矢车菊素-3-O-芸香糖苷为主.(4)随着光照强度的增加,全紫株甜荞('QZZTQ')子叶的花青素含量总体呈上升趋势.研究明确了全紫株甜荞('QZZTQ')花青素的生育期时空分布及积累特征,为甜荞功能性品种选育和高附加值器官的开发利用提供理论指导.

In this study,the high-anthocyanin common buckwheat line'QZZTQ'(all-purple plant)was selected to investigate the changes and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of anthocyanins in buckwheat at different growth stages under different light intensities.The results showed that:(1)In the flowering stage of the all-purple common buckwheat('QZZTQ'),the anthocyanin content in the flower and leaves was significantly higher than that in other organs,indicating that the flower and leaves are excellent materials for extracting natural antioxidants.(2)The anthocyanins mainly accu-mulated in leaves at the seedling stage,whereas they primarily accumulated in floral organs at the flowering stage.(3)The anthocyanin composition of'QZZTQ'exhibited organ specificity.Floral or-gans and leaves mainly contained cyanidin-3-O-glucoside,while cotyledons and stems primarily con-tained cyanidin-3-O-rutinoside.(4)The anthocyanin content in the cotyledons of'QZZTQ'increased with increasing light intensity.This study elucidates the spatiotemporal distribution and accumulation characteristics of anthocyanins in the all-purple common buckwheat('QZZTQ'),providing theoretical guidance for breeding functional common buckwheat varieties and utilizing high-value organs(e.g.leaves and floral organs).
