微生物菌剂对不同品种小麦产量、品质及土壤微生物群落的影响OA
Effects of Microbial Inoculants on Yield and Quality of Different Wheat Varieties and Soil Microbial Community
为明确微生物菌剂对小麦产量、品质及土壤微生物的调控效应,以'烟农999'(YN99)和'淮麦43'(HM43)为材料,设置不施用菌剂(Z0)、单独施用固氮螺菌(Z1)、单独施用枯草芽孢杆菌(Z2)3个处理,其中Z0为对照,通过田间试验,系统测定小麦产量及其构成因素、籽粒品质指标、土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性及利用16S rRNA基因高通量测序分析土壤细菌群落结构.结果表明:施用固氮螺菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有利于增加小麦产量和品质,Z2处理效果最佳.相较于 Z0,Z2处理在两个供试小麦品种的平均产量上增加745 kg·hm-2,增幅达16.14%.与 Z0相比,Z2处理使 YN999的蛋白质和湿面筋含量分别提升18.91%和17.89%,HM43则分别提升18.42%和5.82%.与Z0相比,Z1处理时碱解氮含量和脲酶活性最高,两品种小麦平均增幅分别为7.23%和11.32%,且 HM43的增幅大于 YN999;Z2处理时有效磷、速效钾含量以及蔗糖酶与过氧化氢酶活性最高,平均增幅分别为26.64%、32.61%、7.06%和11.34%,且对 HM43的提升效果更为显著.16S rRNA测序数据显示,相较Z0,Z1与Z2均显著提高Chao1和Shannon指数,其中Z1显著增加变形菌门和拟杆菌门的相对丰度,Z2则显著增加绿弯菌门与酸杆菌门的相对丰度.相关性分析表明,酸杆菌门的相对丰度与有效磷含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而速效钾和有效磷含量与产量和品质呈显著正相关(P<0.05).综上,Z2处理效果最优,主要通过提高酸杆菌门和绿弯菌门的相对丰度,增加脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,提升有效磷和速效钾含量,从而显著提高小麦产量与品质.
To clarify the regulatory effects of microbial inoculants on wheat yield,quality,and soil microorganisms,this study used varieties'Yannong 999'and'Huaimai 43'as experimental materials and established three treatments:control without inoculant(Z0),inoculation with Azospirillum(Z1),and inoculation with Bacillus subtilis(Z2).Field experiments were conducted to systematically determine wheat yield and its components,grain quality indicators,soil physicochemical properties,soil enzyme activities,and soil bacterial community structure using 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that inoculation with Azospirillum and Bacillus subtilis enhanced wheat yield and quality,with the Z2 treatment producing the most pronounced effects.Compared with Z0,the Z2 increased the average yield of the two wheat varieties by 745 kg·hm-2,an increase of 16.14%,Z2 also increased protein and wet gluten contents in YN999 by 18.91%and 17.89%,re-spectively,and in HM43 by 18.42%and 5.82%,respectively.The Z1 treatment resulted in the high-est alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content and urease activity,with average increases of 7.23%and 11.32%,respectively,and the enhancement was greater in'Huaimai 43'than in'Yannong 999'.The Z2 treatment led to the highest available phosphorus and potassium contents,as well as sucrose enzyme and catalase activities,with average increases of 26.64%,32.61%,7.06%,and 11.34%,re-spectively,and the improvements were more evident in HM43.16S rRNA sequencing results revealed that,compared with Z0,both Z1 and Z2 significantly increased the Chao1 and Shannon indices.Z1 significantly increased the relative abundances of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes,whereas Z2 signifi-cantly increased those of Chloroflexi and Acidobacteria.Correlation analysis indicated that the rela-tive abundance of Acidobacteria was significantly positively correlated with available phosphorus con-tent(P<0.05),while available potassium and available phosphorus contents were significantly posi-tively correlated with yield and quality(P<0.05).In conclusion,the Z2 treatment demonstrates the optimal effects,primarily by increasing the relative abundances of Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi,enhancing urease and sucrose enzyme activities,and improving available phosphorus and available po-tassium contents,thereby significantly enhancing wheat yield and quality.
