基于锤击式预成孔竖直剖面法的深埋过江管线探测技术及应用OA
Detection technology and application for deep-buried river-crossing pipelines based on hammer-drilled preborehole vertical profiling
采用非开挖方法施工的过江管线通常埋深大、信号弱,导致水面探测难度高.通过实践研究,采用锤击式预成孔方式,在确保管线安全的前提下合理布置探测点,采用竖直剖面法进行探测,并对探测结果进行拟合,以有效获取目标管线的精确空间信息.以珠江某过江电力管线探测为例,在水面上无法获取目标管线信号的情况下,通过该方法高精度探测出埋深超过24 m的电力管线,其探测原理、实施方案和操作经验,可为通航水域上的深埋过江管线探测提供参考.
River-crossing pipelines constructed by trenchless methods are deeply buried with weak sig-nals,posing challenges for surface-water detection.In this practical research,a hammerdrilled pre-borehole approach was employed to strategically arrange detection points without compromising pipe-line structural integrity.Electromagnetic vertical profiling measurements and subsequent data fitting successfully acquired the precise spatial coordinates of target pipelines.When applied to a power pipe-line beneath the Pearl River where surface signals were undetectable,this method achieved the high-precision localization of ultradeep pipelines(>24 m burial depth).The detection principle,implemen-tation framework,and operational protocols established herein provide a reference for the detection of deep-buried river-crossing pipelines in navigable waterways.
