高校图书馆特色学科资源建设与研究生培养耦合机制探究OACHSSCD
Research on the Coupling Mechanism between Specialized Disciplinary Resources Development in University Libraries and Graduate Education:A Case Study of Northwestern Polytechnical University
研究生教育是培养高层次人才的主要途径,高校图书馆特色学科资源建设与研究生培养深度耦合,是提升研究生培养质量、推动高校"双一流"建设的重要支撑.基于耦合理论,运用文献研究法、案例研究法,在系统梳理图书馆特色学科资源建设与研究生培养相关研究的基础上,系统剖析二者间的耦合机制.结合西北工业大学的实践探索,分析二者耦合现状及耦合效果的关键影响因素,并从协同发展机制、图书馆服务能力、研究生资源利用能力三个维度,提出兼具针对性与可操作性的耦合机制优化策略和实践路径,旨在为高校实现图书馆特色学科资源建设与研究生培养的协同发展提供实践参考.
Graduate education is the primary pathway for cultivating high-level talent.The deep coupling between specialized disciplinary resource construction in university libraries and graduate education serves as a crucial foundation for enhancing the quality of graduate cultivation and advancing the"Double First-Class"initiative.Based on coupling theory and employing literature review and case study methods,this study systematically analyzes the coupling mechanisms between library resource development and graduate education after a comprehensive literature review.Drawing on the practical explorations at Northwestern Polytechnical University,it examines the current state of this coupling and the key factors influencing its effectiveness.Furthermore,the study proposes targeted and actionable strategies and practical paths for optimizing the coupling mechanism from three dimensions:collaborative development mechanisms,library service capabilities,and graduates'resource utilization capabilities.The aim is to provide a practical reference for universities seeking to achieve coordinated de-velopment between library disciplinary resources and graduate education.
