文旅融合视域下秦东地区优秀传统文化助力乡村振兴的实践路径OACHSSCD
Practical Paths of Qindong's Excellent Traditional Culture Assisting Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Culture-Tourism Integration
文旅融合是新时代推动文化繁荣发展与旅游产业提质增效的核心战略.秦东地区作为黄河文化重要承载区与传统文化富集地带,其丰厚的优秀传统文化资源,可为乡村全面振兴提供坚实的文化支撑与内生动力.当前,秦东地区面临文化资源保护与挖掘不足、文旅融合层次浅且同质化、公共文化供给错位、乡风文明建设乏力、人才与保障机制不健全等现实困境.因此,应该从资源活化、产业升级、服务提质、治理增效、保障支撑五大维度,构建适配秦东特征的优化路径,推动优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展.
The integration of culture and tourism is a core strategy for promoting cultural prosperity and upgrading the tourism industry in the new era.As a significant carrier of Yellow River culture and a traditional cultural agglomeration zone,the Qindong region possesses rich excellent traditional cultural resources that provide robust cultural support and endogenous momentum for comprehensive rural revitalization.Currently,Qindong region faces practical dilemmas,such as insufficient protection and exploration of cultural resources,superficial and homogenized integration,mismatches in public cultural supply,weak construction of rural civilized customs,and incomplete talent and guarantee mechanisms.Accordingly,the paper constructs an optimized path tailored to Qindong's regional characteristics across five dimensions:resource activation,industrial upgrading,service quality enhancement,governance efficiency,and institutional support.The goal is to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture.
