The Mechanism and Paths of Red Culture Empowering the Transformation of University Students'Gratitude from State to Trait

基于McCullough等提出的"感恩状态—特质"二分法,以陕西省3所高校282名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调研、深度访谈与行为观察相结合的方法,考察红色文化赋能感恩状态向特质转化的内在机制和赋能路径.研究结果显示,红色文化赋能效应显著,红色文化认同与感恩特质呈显著正相关,红色文化的社会参与对感恩特质的预测效应最为突出.高校学生感恩心理呈现"意识唤醒—情感表达—行为转化—能力支持—体验深化—特质固化"的发展特征;红色文化通过认知校正、情感内化、行为强化、资源补充和制度保障四重赋能逻辑,构建感恩特质内化的赋能机制.因此,应通过认知引领、情感浸润、实践落地、外部保障的赋能路径,推动感恩从短暂情境状态向稳定人格特质的质性跨越.

Based on the state-trait gratitude dichotomy proposed by McCullough et al,this research focuses on 282 uni-versity students from three universities in Shaanxi Province as the research subjects.By employing a mixed-method ap-proach combining questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,and behavioral observations,this paper examines the internal mechanism and empowering paths by which red culture facilitates the transformation of gratitude from a"state"to a"trait".The results show that the empowering effect of red culture is significant:red cultural identity is significantly and positively correlated with the gratitude trait,and red cultural social participation exhibits the most prominent predictive effect on the gratitude trait.The gratitude psychology of university students exhibits development characteristics of"consciousness awaken-ing—emotional expression—behavioral transformation—ability support—experience deepening—trait solidification".Through a four-fold empowering logic"encompassing cognitive correction,emotional internalization,behavioral reinforcement,re-source supplementation,and external guarantees",red culture constructs a empowerment mechanism for the internalization of gratitude traits.Based on these findings,the paper proposes empowering paths consisting of cognitive guidance,emotional infiltration,practical implementation,and institutional guarantees,aiming to promote a qualitative leap of gratitude from a temporary situational state to a stable personality trait.
