Effects of Different Micronutrient Fertilizers Applied by Foliar Spraying on Yield and Grain Quality of Strong-Gluten Wheat in the Luxi Region

为提高鲁西区强筋小麦的品质和产量,探究适宜当地强筋小麦的微肥方案,揭示不同微肥对强筋小麦产量形成及品质调控的作用机制.以鲁西区栽强筋小麦品种"济麦44"为试验材料,设置0.2%硫酸锌、0.5%硫酸锰、0.3%磷酸二氢钾,以及0.1%磷酸二氢钾4个叶面喷肥处理,以清水为对照,于小麦拔节期、孕穗期和灌浆期喷施.成熟期测定产量构成因素、籽粒粗蛋白含量以及湿面筋含量,对比分析不同微肥的调控效果.结果显示,0.3%磷酸二氢钾处理效果最好,0.2%硫酸锌次之.建议在小麦生产中优先使用0.3%磷酸二氢钾喷施.

To enhance the quality and yield of strong-gluten wheat in Luxi Region,this study investigated optimal micronutrient protocols for local varieties and elucidated the mechanisms by which different micro-fertilizers influence yield formation and quality regulation.Using strong-gluten wheat variety"Jima 44"as experimental material,four foliar spray treatments were applied:0.2%zinc sulfate,0.5%manganese sulfate,0.3%potassium dihydrogen phosphate,and 0.1%potassium dihydrogen phosphate,with water as the control.Spraying was conducted during jointing,booting,and grain-filling stages.Yield components factors,grain crude protein content,and wet gluten content were measured at maturity to compare the regulatory effects of different micronutrient fertilizers.Results demonstrated that the 0.3%potassium dihydrogen phosphate treatment yielded the most significant effects,followed by the 0.2%zinc sulfate treatment.Priority should be given to applying 0.3%potassium dihydrogen phosphate in wheat production practices.
