甘薯品种引种筛选试验及综合评价OA
Introduction,Screening Comprehensive Evaluation and of Sweet Potato Varieties
以16个甘薯品种为试材,运用灰色关联度分析和主成分分析对其农艺性状和产量进行综合评价.结果表明,7个农艺性状变异系数为20.24%~45.65%;鲜薯产量与茎粗和商品薯率分别呈显著正相关和极显著正相关;农艺性状对产量的贡献度排序为:商品薯率>茎粗>叶面积>单株分枝数>最长蔓长>单株结薯数.主成分分析排名前三的品种,与鲜薯产量排名前三完全吻合,仅名次略有变动;研究筛选出"普薯32""商薯19""哈密"3个甘薯品种,适宜在林州地区示范推广.
16 sweet potato varieties were used to comprehensively evaluate their agronomic traits and yield through grey correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the coefficient of variation for seven agronomic traits ranged from 20.24%to 45.65%.Fresh tuber yield exhibited significant positive correlations with stem diameter and marketable tuber rate.The contribution degree ranking of agronomic traits to yield was:tuberization rate>stem thickness>leaf area>number of branches per plant>longest vine length>number of tubers per plant.The top three varieties ranked by principal component analysis matched the top three in fresh tuber yield rankings,albeit with slight positional variations.Selected sweet potato varieties Pusui 32,Shangshu 19,and Hami are suitable for demonstration and promotion in the Linzhou region.
