连作障碍对黄芪根系代谢的影响及其缓解效果OA
Effects of Croping Obstables Cultivation on Root Metabolism of Astragalus membranaceus and Their Mitigation
为探讨连作障碍对黄芪根系代谢的影响机制,评价外源有机物料对连作障碍的缓解效果.采用盆栽试验方法,设置正茬种植、连作种植、连作+生物有机肥3个处理,测定黄芪根系代谢酶活性、有机酸含量及抗氧化物质含量.结果发现,连作处理显著降低黄芪根系蔗糖酶活性和过氧化物酶活性,降低根系草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸含量,导致根系丙二醛含量升高,可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量降低;生物有机肥处理显著改善连作黄芪根系各项代谢指标.连作障碍抑制黄芪根系代谢酶活性,降低根系有机酸分泌能力,削弱根系抗氧化防御系统功能,施用生物有机肥能够有效缓解连作障碍对黄芪根系代谢的负面影响.
This study aimed to investigate the mechanisms of continuous cropping obstacles affecting Astragalus membranaceus root metabolism and evaluated the mitigation effects of exogenous organic materials on such disturbances.A pot experiment was conducted with three treatments:conventional planting,continuous cropping,and continuous cropping+bio-organic fertilizer.The activities of root metabolic enzymes,contents of organic acids,and antioxidant substances were measured.Continuous cropping significantly reduced the activities of sucrase and peroxidase in Astragalus membranaceus roots,decreased the contents of oxalic acid,citric acid,and malic acid,increased the content of malondialdehyde,and reduced the contents of soluble protein and proline.The bio-organic fertilizer treatment significantly improved various metabolic indicators in the roots of Astragalus membranaceus under continuous cropping.Continuous cropping disturbance inhibits the activities of root metabolic enzymes in Astragalus membranaceus,it reduces the secretion capacity of organic acids,and weakens the function of the root antioxidant defense system.The application of bio-organic fertilizer can effectively mitigate the negative effects of continuous cropping disturbance on the root metabolism of Astragalus membranaceus.
