白僵菌绿僵菌培养条件及生物防治应用探索OA
Study on Culture Conditions and Biological Control Application of Beauveria bassiana and Trichoderma viride
球孢白僵菌和绿僵菌属于重要昆虫病原真菌,培养条件的优化对生物防治效果很关键.采用紫外诱变技术来筛选高毒力菌株,通过单因子和响应面试验优化固态发酵工艺参数.结果表明,球孢白僵菌S2突变株在麦麸米糠比1.34∶1条件下产孢量达11.762×108个/g,相比原始株提升了3.05倍.莱氏绿僵菌浸种处理能显著激活玉米防御酶系统,POD和SOD活性分别提升1.7和1.4倍.该研究可为昆虫病原真菌规模化生产和田间应用提供技术基础.
Beauveria bassiana and metarhizium anisopliae are important insect pathogenic fungi,and the optimization of culture conditions is crucial for biological control efficacy.Ultraviolet mutagenesis was employed to screen highly virulent strains,and solid-state fermentation process parameters were optimized through single-factor and response surface experiments.The results showed that the S2 mutant strain of Beauveria bassiana achieved a spore yield of 11.762×108 spores/g under a wheat bran-rice bran ratio of 1.34:1,representing a 3.05-fold increase compared to the original strain.Seed soaking treatment with metarhizium anisopliae significantly activated the maize defense enzyme system,with POD and SOD activities increasing by 1.7 and 1.4 fold,respectively.This study provides a technical foundation for the large-scale production and field application of insect pathogenic fungi.
