增施不同微生物菌剂对棉田土壤养分及微生物群落结构影响OA
Effect of different microbial agents on soil nutrients and microbial community structure of cotton fields
微生物菌剂作为一种新型肥料,能够改良土壤、提高肥料利用率,为了解3种微生物菌剂对棉田土壤养分含量及微生物群落组成与结构的影响,本研究通过开展大田小区试验,设置不施菌剂(CK)、菌临天下微生物菌剂1.2 kg·hm-2(HF)、兵团航天兆丰微生物菌剂75 kg·hm-2(HS)、壮棵微生物菌剂150 kg·hm-2(ZK)4个处理,分析土壤养分变化及微生物群落结构差异.结果表明,增施微生物菌剂能在一定程度上提高土壤肥力,增加土壤中有机质及碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量;同一菌种水剂施用效果高于粉剂;3种菌剂中壮棵微生物菌剂对土壤养分的改良效果最好,兵团航天兆丰微生物菌剂次之.增施微生物菌剂降低了土壤细菌群落的丰富度和多样性指数,对土壤真菌群落的丰富度和多样性的影响较小;微生物菌剂有利于提高土壤中芽孢菌科(Bacillaceae)的相对丰度,但降低了毛壳菌科(Chaetomiaceae)相对丰度.影响细菌和真菌群落组成的土壤养分因子不同,细菌为全磷>碱解氮>有机质>全氮>速效钾,真菌为碱解氮>有效磷>全氮>有机质>全磷;土壤全氮、碱解氮和有机质为影响土壤真菌和细菌群落分布和多样性的共同因子.综上所述,施用含芽孢杆菌类微生物菌剂有利于提高土壤有机质及速效养分含量,增加土壤中芽孢菌科相对丰度.该结果可为微生物菌剂在北疆棉田的推广应用提供数据支持.
As a novel type of fertilizer,microbial inoculants can improve soil quality and enhance fertilizer efficiency.To investigate the effects of three microbial inoculants on soil nutrient levels and microbial communities in cotton fields,this study conducted a field plot experiment with four treatments:no inoculant(CK),1.2 kg·hm-2 of Fungi Under Heaven microbial agent(HF),75 kg·hm-2 of Bingtuan Aerospace Zhaofeng microbial agent(HS),and 150 kg·hm-2 of Zhuangke microbial agent(ZK).The changes in soil nutrients and differences in microbial community structure were analyzed.The results showed that applying microbial inoculants enhanced soil fertility,increased soil organic matter(OM),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP),and available potassium(AK).The aqueous solution of the same strain was more effective than the powder form.Among the three microbial agents,Zhuangke microbial agent had the best effect on improving soil nutrients,followed by Bingtuan Hangtian Zhaofeng microbial inoculant.The application of microbial inoculants decreased the richness and diversity index of soil bacterial community,but had little effect on the richness and diversity of soil fungal community.Microbial inoculants increased the relative abundance of Bacillaceae but decreased the relative abundance of Chaetomiaceae in the soil.The soil nutrient factors affecting bacterial and fungal community composition were different:for bacteria,the order was total phosphorus(TP)>AN>OM>total nitrogen(TN)>AK,while for fungi,it was AN>AP>TN>OM>TP.Soil TN,AN,and OM were common factors affecting the distribution and diversity of soil fungal and bacterial communities.In conclusion,the application of Bacillus-containing microbial inoculants was beneficial to increasing soil organic matter and available nutrient contents,as well as enhancing the relative abundance of Bacillaceae in the soil.These results could provide data supports for the popularization and application of microbial inoculants in cotton fields in northern Xinjiang.
