为探究不同秸秆还田方式对土壤胡敏酸含量及结构特征的影响,以长期(8年)秸秆还田的农田土壤为研究对象,设置无秸秆还田(CK)、秸秆覆盖还田(NTS)、秸秆翻埋还田(BTS)和秸秆碎混还田(MTS)处理,通过三维荧光光谱和平行因子分析方法相结合,研究不同秸秆还田方式下土壤胡敏酸荧光光谱特征.结果表明,不同秸秆还田方式均有利于表土层(0~10和10~20 cm)胡敏酸含量的积累.NTS处理显著提高了 0~10 cm 土层胡敏酸含量(35.25%),而BTS处理在10~20 cm 土层胡敏酸含量累积最佳(9.80%).三维荧光光谱分析发现,土壤胡敏酸受自生源和外生源共同作用的影响,呈现强腐殖化特征.运用平行因子分析共识别出C1、C3、C4(腐殖酸类物质)和C2(富里酸类物质)4个荧光组分;3个秸秆还田处理表现出秸秆富集层土壤腐殖化程度更高.综上,不同秸秆还田方式显著影响各土层的土壤胡敏酸含量,进而影响不同土层土壤胡敏酸结构及组分.本研究结果为探明半干旱黑土区秸秆还田方式对胡敏酸含量及组分的影响提供了理论依据.

To explore the effects of different tillage measures on soil humic acid content and structural characteristics under straw returning,the farmland soil with long-term(8 years)straw returning was taken as the research object,and no straw returning(CK),straw mulching(NTS),straw burial(BTS)and straw rotary tillage(MTS)treatments were set up.The fluorescence spectral characteristics of soil humic acid under different straw returning methods were studied by combining three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and parallel factor analysis.The results showed that different straw returning methods were all beneficial to the accumulation of humic acid content in topsoil(0-10 and 10-20 cm).NTS treatment significantly increased the content of humic acid in 0-10 cm soil layer(35.25%),while BTS treatment had the best accumulation of humic acid content in 10-20 cm soil layer(9.80%).The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis showed that soil humic acid was affected by the interaction of autochthonous and exogenous sources,showing strong humification characteristics.Four fluorescent components C1,C3,C4(humic acid substances)and C2(fulvic acid substances)were identified by parallel factor analysis.The three straw returning treatments showed that the soil humification degree of straw enrichment layer was higher.To sum up,different straw returning methods significantly affected the content of soil humic acid in each soil layer,which in turn affected the structure and composition of soil humic acid in different soil layers.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for studying the effects of straw returning methods on the properties of humic acid in semi-arid black soil area.
