考虑需求响应和隐私保护的电力系统低碳经济调度OA
Low-carbon economic dispatch of power systems considering demand response and privacy protection
在碳达峰、碳中和背景下,针对电力系统低碳经济调度中的负荷侧需求响应及系统数据隐私泄露问题,本文研究一种基于一致性理论的完全分布式调度方法.首先,设计一种阶梯式碳交易机制,建立需求响应的系统低碳经济调度模型,通过协调电能的形式,实现系统的优化运行;其次,基于级联一致性理论,给出了考虑需求响应的系统分布式调度算法;再次,研究基于乘性噪声的数据隐私保护算法,在不影响调度精度的前提下,实现状态信息的安全交互;最后,通过数值仿真验证了本文所提调度方法的有效性.
In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper studies a consensus-based fully distrib-uted dispatch method to address load-side demand response and data privacy leakage in the low-carbon economic dis-patch of power systems.A secure distributed dispatch method grounded in consensus theory was developed.First,a tiered carbon trading mechanism was designed,and a low-carbon economic dispatch model with demand response was formulated,enabling optimal system operation through electricity coordination.Based on cascading consensus theory,a distributed dispatch algorithm considering demand response was derived.In addition,a data-privacy preser-vation scheme based on multiplicative noise was proposed to facilitate secure exchange of state information without compromising dispatch accuracy.Finally,numerical simulations were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
