废旧锂离子电池的精细高值资源化研究进展OA
A review of the fine and high-value resource utilization of spent lithium-ion batteries
锂离子电池(LIBs)在电动汽车等领域的广泛应用导致大量废旧锂电池引发环境污染和资源浪费问题.论文系统综述了废旧LIBs高值资源化回收及其近期的研究进展.首先,阐述了废旧LIBs正极材料的失效机理,介绍了废旧LIBs面临的环境和资源问题;其次,归纳了近期利用废旧LIBs回收材料制备催化剂,并应用于环境修复、能源器件和物质转化相关催化三大领域的研究进展;最后,分析了其催化机理与性能优势,并对该领域面临的挑战和未来发展方向进行了展望.
The widespread application of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)in electric vehicles and other fields has led to the generation of a large number of spent LIBs,resulting in environmental pollution and resource wastage.This paper systematically reviewed the high-value resource recovery of spent LIBs and research advances in this area.First,the failure mechanisms of cathode materials in spent LIBs were discussed,and the associated environmental and resource challenges were introduced.Subsequently,research progress in the preparation of catalysts from recycled materials of spent LIBs was summarized,focusing on their application in three major catalytic fields:environmental remediation,nergy devices,and material transformation.The catalytic mechanisms and performance advantages were analyzed.Finally,the challenges and future development directions in this field were given.
