陕西省类风湿关节炎早期诊疗基层管理专家共识OA
Expert consensus on early diagnosis and treatment management of rheumatoid arthritis at the primary level in Shaanxi Province
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种自身免疫性、系统性的慢性炎症性疾病,致残风险随病程延长而明显增加.因此,RA的早期筛查、及时治疗和长期管理对于改善患者预后至关重要.为进一步规范培训基层RA诊疗流程,提升陕西省RA早期诊疗效能,并提高患者治疗依从性与整体预后,陕西省风湿免疫专科联盟联合陕西省老年学和老年医学会风湿与慢病管理分会,共同组建共识专家组和循证医学专家组.依据德尔菲法,专家组制定了陕西省RA早期诊疗基层管理专家共识,该共识涵盖RA筛查、诊断、治疗及患者教育等领域,共形成15条推荐意见.
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune and systemic chronic inflammatory disease,and the risk of disability increases significantly with the prolongation of the disease course.Therefore,early screening,timely treatment,and long-term management of RA are crucial for improving the prognosis of patients.To further standard-ize the training of RA diagnosis and treatment procedures at the grassroots level,enhance the early diagnosis efficien-cy of RA in Shaanxi Province,and improve patients'treatment compliance and overall prognosis,the Shaanxi Rheu-matology and Immunology Specialty Alliance jointly with the Rheumatology and Chronic Disease Management Sub-section of the Shaanxi Geriatrics and Geriatric Medicine Association have jointly established a consensus expert group and an evidence-based medicine expert group.Based on the Delphi method,we have formulated the expert consensus on the grassroots management of early RA diagnosis and treatment in Shaanxi Province.This formula covers areas such as RA screening,diagnosis,treatment,and patient education,and has resulted in 15 recommendations.
