Exploration on the model of literature reading and collaborative inquiry in the experimental teaching of medical immunology

在医学免疫学实验课程教学中,教师在基础实验教学的基础上,设计并实施了文献研读—协作探究的融合式教学模式.该模式以教师依据"四维标准"遴选的前沿免疫学文献为学习载体,依托结构化学习框架与评价量表,引导学生依次经历自主研读、小组结构化研讨、成果可视化呈现、课堂汇报与辩证互评四个阶段的系统性探究.教学实践表明,该模式有助于学生了解科研过程,提升其阅读、分析与表达学术文献的能力,激发科研兴趣,并促进批判性思维与初步科研思维的形成.该研究探索了基础实验操作训练与前沿科研思维培养的有效衔接方式,为医学基础课程的探究式教学改革提供了可借鉴的实践路径.

In the experimental teaching of medical immunology,the authors designed and implemented an integrated teaching model of"literature reading&collaborative inquiry"as an extension of fundamental experimental instruction.According to a"four-dimen-sional standard",the teachers select cutting-edge immunology literature as learning material and design a structured learning frame-work and evaluation rubrics.Then they guide the students to systematically conduct a four-phase inquiry:independent literature read-ing,structured group discussion,visual presentation of findings,and classroom presentation with dialectical peer review.Teaching practice demonstrates that this model can enhance the students'understanding of research process,improve their ability to read,ana-lyze,and present academic literature,stimulate their interest in scientific inquiry,and develop critical thinking and preliminary research skills.The study explores integrating basic experimental training with the cultivation of advanced research thinking,providing reference for inquiry-based teaching reform in foundational medical courses.
