Construction and practice of a research-based demonstration course of sanitary chemistry

为适应新时代预防医学人才培养对创新能力与科研素养的迫切需求,针对传统卫生化学课程教学存在的理论与实践脱节、学生主动性不足等问题,该研究以立德树人、科教融合、创新培养为核心理念,系统构建并实践了一种深度科教融合的研究性教学模式.课程通过重构"知识—能力—价值"三维教学目标,创新性地建立了理论—实践—综合实践—设计实践—项目实践五位一体的渐进式教学体系,并将国家级、省部级科研项目有效转化为"教学化科研小平台".该模式综合运用线上线下混合式教学、案例驱动及项目式学习等方法,并配套建立了强调过程性评价与创新激励的多维考核体系.历经多轮教学实践,通过成绩对比及成果分析等多维度评估显示,该模式显著激发了学生的学习兴趣与科研热情,有效提升了学生的批判性思维、自主探究能力与实践创新能力,同时增强了学生的专业认同感与社会责任感,为预防医学一流专业建设与创新人才培养提供了行之有效的路径.

There are problems of the disconnection between theory and practice,lack of initiative in the students,etc.in traditional teaching of sanitary chemistry,however,urgent requirements have been put forward in the aspects of innovative ability and scientific re-search literacy for the talent cultivation of preventive medicine in the new era.The authors adhere to the principles of"values educa-tion,research-teaching integration,and innovative cultivation"and then construct a research-based teaching model with deep integra-tion of scientific research and education.They restructured the three-dimensional objectives of"knowledge-ability-values",estab-lished a progressive five-in-one teaching system of"theory,practice,comprehensive practice,design practice,and project prac-tice",and transformed national and provincial research projects into"teaching-oriented research platforms."The authors adopted the strategies of blended teaching,case-driven learning,and project-based learning;they also established a multi-dimensional assess-ment system with an emphasis on process evaluation and innovation incentives.Multi-dimensional evaluations showed that this model significantly stimulated students'learning interest and research enthusiasm,enhanced their critical thinking,independent inquiry,and practical innovation abilities,and strengthened their professional identity and sense of social responsibility,providing an effective path-way to the cultivation of innovative talents of preventive medicine.
