麦草沟自然保护区植物群落多样性研究OA
Plant Community Diversity in Maicaogou Nature Reserve
为系统掌握麦草沟省级自然保护区植物群落多样性现状,本研究于2024年9月—2025年8月采用样方法与样线法相结合的方式开展调查.结果表明:(1)共记录种子植物288种,隶属67科198属,其中草本植物物种最丰富(142种),乔木个体数最多(1 158株);(2)采用TWINSPAN分类法将森林群落划分为9个类型,其中青榨槭—膀胱果—鞘柄菝葜林(群系Ⅸ)为多样性最高的群落;(3)各生长型在多样性指标上存在显著差异(p<0.05),多年生植物占绝对优势(91.66%);(4)典范对应分析表明海拔是影响群落分布的主导因子(特征值0.428).本研究结果可为麦草沟自然保护区的生物多样性保护与森林可持续经营提供科学依据.
To systematically understand the current status of plant community diversity in Maicaogou Nature Reserve,a survey combining quadrat and transect methods was conducted from September 2024 to August 2025.The results showed that:(1)A total of 288 species of seed plants were recor-ded,belonging to 67 families and 198 genera,with herbaceous plants being the most species-rich(142 species)and trees having the highest number of individuals(1,158 individuals);(2)using TWINS-PAN classification,the forest communities were divided into 9 types,among which the Acer davidii-Staphylea bumalda-Smilax stans forest(Community Ⅸ)exhibited the highest diversity;(3)there were significant differences in diversity indices among different growth forms(p<0.05),with peren-nial plants dominating absolutely(91.66%);(4)canonical correspondence analysis indicated that alti-tude was the dominant factor influencing community distribution(eigenvalue 0.428).This study pro-vides a scientific basis for biodiversity conservation and sustainable forest management in Maicaogou Nature Reserve.
