双Endobutton带袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果对比OA

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of double Endobutton loop plate and clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,50 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation who underwent surgical treatment at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University were selected.Among them,25 patients were treated with double Endobutton loop plates for elastic internal fixation,designated as the double Endobutton loop plate group;the other 25 patients were treated with clavicular hook plates for internal fixation,designated as the clavicular hook plate group.The operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,VAS scores,Constant-Murley scores,and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups were recorded to analyze the clinical efficacy.Results All 50 patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months,with a mean follow-up period of(13.82±1.70)months.The double Endobutton loop plate group had shorter incision lengths and less intraoperative blood loss compared to the clavicular hook plate group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 3 d and 7 d postoperatively were lower in the double Endobutton loop plate group than in the clavicular hook plate group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 14 d postoperatively(P>0.05).The Constant-Murley scores at 1 month,6 months,and 1 year postoperatively were higher in the double Endobutton loop plate group than in the clavicular hook plate group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the double Endobutton loop plate group than in the clavicular hook plate group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of double Endobutton loop plates for elastic internal fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and has significant therapeutic effects,making it worth promoting.
