国医大师凃晋文从"风动痰阻"论治精神分裂症样障碍经验OA

Schizophreniform disorder(SFD)is a relatively common psychiatric condition.It is characterized by rapid changes in disease status and a risk of progression.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has shown significant therapeutic efficacy and good safety in the treatment of SFD.Professor TU Jin-wen has extensive clinical experience in treating SFD and considers"wind movement and phlegm obstruction"to be its core pathogenesis.He proposes that extinguishing wind and resolving phlegm should be the central therapeutic principle,and has formulated the Ditan Xifeng Decoction as a foundational prescription.Based on disease staging,he applies individualized treatment strategies,flexibly employing methods such as calming liver wind,resolving phlegm and opening the orifices,tranquilizing the heart and calming the mind,and regulating the Zang-fu organs,achieving notable clinical efficacy.This paper summarizes Professor TU Jin-wen's experience in treating SFD from the perspective of"wind movement and phlegm obstruction",with the aim of providing a reference for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of SFD.
