针对有色金属矿山深井提升系统面临的可靠性、安全性挑战,本研究提出基于PLC的电气控制技术解决方案.硬件采用S7-1500系列PLC构建冗余架构,集成Profinet环网通信;软件设计六功能模块协同机制,实现S形曲线调速与载荷自适应控制;数据分析层融合ARIMA预测与多级预警规则.滇北铜矿应用表明:提升循环时间缩短14%至142s,吨矿电耗降低25%至1.38kWh,故障停机减少78%,安全回路响应时间提升73%.系统满足千米深井高湿、高粉尘工况要求,LCC模型显示投资回收期2.3年.
In response to the reliability and safety challenges faced by the deep well lifting system in non-ferrous metal mines,this study proposes an electrical control technology solution based on PLC.The hardware adopts S7-1500 series PLC to build a redundant architecture,integrating Profinet ring network communication;Collaborative mechanism of six functional modules in software design to achieve S-shaped curve speed regulation and load adaptive control;The data analysis layer integrates ARIMA prediction and multi-level warning rules.The application of Dianbei Copper Mine shows that the cycle time is shortened by 14%to 142 seconds,the energy consumption per ton of ore is reduced by 25%to 1.38 kWh,the downtime due to faults is reduced by 78%,and the response time of the safety circuit is improved by 73%.The system meets the requirements of high humidity and high dust conditions in kilometer deep wells,and the LCC model shows a payback period of 2.3 years.
