Energy conservation and emission reduction have become important directions for the development of various industries.The aluminum smelting industry is a high energy consuming industry with a large energy-saving space.Recycling and utilizing the waste heat generated in the production process is a key method to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.This article first analyzes the sources of waste heat during aluminum smelting,analyzes the waste heat generated in electrolytic aluminum flue gas,various stages of aluminum processing,and other production scenarios.It delves into the application ideas of three core technologies:heat pipe heat exchange,absorption refrigeration,and heat pump.Combined with specific enterprise cases,it explains the specific methods of technology implementation,and finally comprehensively calculates the energy-saving benefits.By recovering and utilizing the waste heat from the aluminum smelting process,the utilization rate of thermal energy can be significantly improved,energy consumption can be reduced,the economic benefits of enterprises can be promoted,and the green and sustainable development of the entire aluminum smelting industry can be promoted.
