氧化铝作为一种重要的陶瓷材料,在高性能复合材料中具有广泛应用,但其固有的脆性和界面相容性差限制了性能提升.本研究采用机械化学改性方法,通过高能球磨和表面活化处理调控氧化铝的晶体结构、表面活性和分散性,显著改善了其与聚合物基体的界面结合强度.系统研究了改性工艺参数对氧化铝物化性质的影响规律,并通过XRD、SEM、FTIR等表征手段揭示了机械力化学作用的机理.将改性氧化铝应用于环氧树脂和聚丙烯复合材料中,其拉伸强度和冲击韧性分别提升了45%和60%,且热稳定性明显提高.本研究为高性能氧化铝复合材料的开发提供了新思路,在电子封装、航空航天等领域具有重要应用价值.

As an important ceramic material,alumina is widely used in high-performance composites,but its inherent brittleness and poor interface compatibility limit performance improvement.In this study,a mechanochemical modification method was used to control the crystal structure,surface activity and dispersion of alumina through high-energy ball milling and surface activation treatment,and the interface bonding strength between alumina and the polymer matrix was significantly improved.The influence of modification process parameters on the physical and chemical properties of alumina was systematically studied,and the mechanism of mechanochemical action was revealed through XRD,SEM,FTIR and other characterization methods.When the modified alumina is applied to epoxy resin and polypropylene composites,its tensile strength and impact toughness are increased by 45%and 60%respectively,and the thermal stability is significantly improved.This research provides new ideas for the development of high-performance alumina composites and has important application value in electronic packaging,aerospace and other fields.
