本研究探索电解铝生产过程中实现能效显著提升的技术路径,以应对高能耗、高排放的行业挑战.通过系统分析电解工艺机理与能耗构成,结合电解槽结构优化、智能控制、新型材料应用及余热回收、电力系统升级与数字孪生等关键技术,构建了全流程能效提升体系,并通过实际案例验证其应用效果.研究表明,通过多维度协同优化,电解铝生产能效可实现系统性提升,吨铝直流电耗显著降低,综合能耗下降超10%,具备良好的经济与环境效益.

This study explores the technological path to significantly improve energy efficiency in the production process of electrolytic aluminum,in order to address the challenges of high energy consumption and high emissions in the industry.By systematically analyzing the electrolysis process mechanism and energy consumption composition,combined with key technologies such as electrolytic cell structure optimization,intelligent control,application of new materials and waste heat recovery,power system upgrade and digital twin,a full process energy efficiency improvement system has been constructed,and its application effect has been verified through practical cases.Research has shown that through multi-dimensional collaborative optimization,the energy efficiency of electrolytic aluminum production can be systematically improved,with a significant reduction in DC power consumption per ton of aluminum and a comprehensive energy consumption reduction of over 10%,demonstrating good economic and environmental benefits.
