Study on Oxalate Precipitation Behavior during Seed Precipitation in Low-Temperature Alumina Production from Guinean Imported Ore
在使用几内亚进口铝土矿氧化铝生产过程中的有机物问题日益突出,草酸盐作为关键有机物,在晶种分解过程中与硅的析出严重影响氧化铝质量和生产效率.本文以几内亚进口矿石研究为例,研究氧化铝A厂(以下简称A厂)晶种分解过程中草酸盐与硅在不同条件下的析出行为,旨在为优化工艺、提高产品质量提供理论支持和实践指导.
The problem of organic matter in the production of alumina from Guinean imported bauxite has become increasingly prominent.As a key organic matter,oxalate,together with the precipitation of silicon during the seed precipitation process,seriously affects the quality of alumina and production efficiency.Taking Guinean imported ore as the research object,this paper studies the precipitation behavior of oxalate and silicon under different conditions during the seed precipitation process in Alumina Plant A(hereinafter referred to as Plant A),aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the process and improving product quality.
