包被叶酸或包被硫酸锌对奶牛生产性能和瘤胃发酵的影响OA
Effects of Coated Folic Acid or Coated Zinc Sulfate on Production Performance and Rumen Fermentation in Dairy Cows
试验旨在研究包被叶酸(CFA)或包被硫酸锌(CZS)对奶牛泌乳性能、消化率、瘤胃发酵和抗氧化指标的影响.将48头泌乳中期、产奶量和胎次一致的中国荷斯坦奶牛,依据随机区组设计分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,CFA、CZS组和CFZ组分别在基础饲粮中补充包被叶酸6 g/d、包被硫酸锌200 mg/d和包被叶酸6 g/d+包被硫酸锌200 mg/d.试验期80 d,其中预试期20 d.结果表明:补充包被叶酸或包被硫酸锌显著提高了乳脂校正乳(FCM)产量、乳脂产量、饲料效率(FE)、瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量、乙酸比例、乙酸/丙酸、血液总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05);补充包被叶酸显著提高了各养分表观消化率和血液5-甲基四氢叶酸含量(P<0.05);补充包被硫酸锌显著提高了干物质和中性洗涤纤维消化率及血液碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05).包被叶酸和包被硫酸锌对FE、瘤胃TVFA、血液SOD和GSH-Px交互作用显著(P<0.05).综上可知,补充包被叶酸或包被硫酸锌提高了奶牛FCM产量,二者联合补充对改善奶牛FE、瘤胃发酵和抗氧化状态更有效.
The study evaluated the effects of coated folic acid(CFA)or coated zinc sulfate(CZS)on lactation performance,nutrient digestion,rumen fermentation and antioxidant indicator in dairy cows.Forty-eight mid-lactation Chinese Holstein dairy cows were selected and assigned in a randomized block design to 4 groups:control group without supplementation,CFA,CZS groups and CFZ group with supplementation of CFA 6 g/d,CZS 200 mg/d and CFA 6 g/d+CZS 200 mg/d,respectively.The experiment period was 80 days with 20 days for adaptation.The results showed that supplementation with CFA or CZS increased fat-corrected milk(FCM)yield,milk fat yield,feed efficiency(FE),rumen total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)con-tent,acetate molar proportion and acetate to propionate ratio,and blood total protein,albumin,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of CFA increased the digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter,crude protein,neutral deter-gent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber,and blood 5-methyltetrahydrofolate level(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of CZS increased the digestibility of DM and NDF,and blood alkaline phosphatase activity(P<0.05).The significant interaction between CFA and CZS was observed on FE,rumen TVFA content,blood SOD and GSH-Px activities(P<0.05).The results indicate that supplementation of CFA or CZS increase FCM yield,and the combined addition of CFA and CZS is more efficient in improv-ing FE,rumen fermentation and antioxidant status in dairy cows.
