饲粮添加不同比例乳酸菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能的影响OA
Effect of Dietary Supplementation with Varying Proportions of Lactic Acid Bacteria-Fermented Feed on Production Performance of Laying Hens
研究旨在探讨乳酸菌发酵饲料对蛋鸡产蛋率、蛋品质及粪便微生物的影响,试验选取1 500只385日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为对照组(基础饲粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础饲粮+1%乳酸菌发酵饲料)和试验Ⅱ组(基础饲粮+2%乳酸菌发酵饲料),开展35 d饲喂试验.结果表明:试验Ⅱ组产蛋率显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),料蛋比和死淘率显著低于对照组及试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05).蛋壳强度与厚度各组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验组呈改善趋势;蛋形指数各组差异不显著(P>0.05);哈氏单位试验Ⅱ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);蛋壳颜色方面亮度(L*)、红绿色度(a*)、黄蓝色度(b*)值各组差异不显著(P>0.05).粪便微生物方面,试验Ⅱ组乳酸菌含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组大肠杆菌与沙门氏菌与对照组相比有降低的趋势(P>0.05).经济效益分析显示,试验Ⅱ组收益较对照组提高5.70%,主要源于产蛋量增加与料蛋比优化.综上,蛋鸡饲粮中添加2%乳酸菌发酵饲料可显著提升产蛋性能,降低死淘率,并提高经济效益,具有实际应用价值.
To evaluate the impact of lactic acid bacteria(LAB)-fermented feed on egg production,egg qual-ity,and fecal microbiota in laying hens,thereby providing a theoretical basis for its application.This study employed 1 500 Hy-Line Brown laying hens aged 385 d.The hens were randomly allocated into three groups:a control group receiving a basal diet,experimental group Ⅰ receiving a basal diet supplemented with 1%LAB-fermented feed,and experimental group Ⅱ receiving a basal diet supplemented with 2%LAB-fermented feed.Over a feeding trial of 35 d,production performance,egg quality,mortality rate,fecal microbiota composition,and economic efficiency were assessed.The results indicated that the egg produc-tion rate in experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in both the control group and experi-mental group Ⅰ(P<0.05);the feed-to-egg ratio and mortality rate in experimental group Ⅱ were signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group and experimental group Ⅰ(P<0.05).Although no significant dif-ferences were observed in eggshell strength and thickness among the groups(P>0.05),an improving trend was noted in the experimental groups;similarly,no significant differences were detected in the egg shape index(P>0.05),while the Haugh unit in experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05).With respect to eggshell color,the L*,a*,and b* values did not differ signifi-cantly among the groups(P>0.05).Analysis of fecal microbiota revealed that the LAB count in experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the counts of Escherichia coli and Salmonella exhibited a decreasing trend in the experimental group Ⅱ relative to the control group(P>0.05).Economic analysis demonstrated a 5.70%increase in revenue for experimen-tal group Ⅱ compared to the control group,primarily attributable to enhanced egg production and an improved feed-to-egg ratio.In summary,supplementing the laying hen diet with 2%LAB-fermented feed significantly improved egg production performance,reduced mortality rates,and enhanced economic effi-ciency,thereby underscoring its potential for practical application.
