3个品种黄羽肉鸡生长模型比较研究OA
Comparative Study on Growth Models of Three Different Breeds of Yellow-Feathered Broilers
研究旨在通过Logistic、Gompertz和Richards 3个非线性数学模型比较不同品种黄羽肉鸡的生长发育规律和遗传参数.选取1日龄胡须鸡、广西三黄鸡、清远麻鸡各240只,每个品种鸡1组(每组6个重复,每个重复40只),各组肉鸡饲喂相同营养水平的基础饲粮到100日龄,试验期100 d,测定不同日龄黄羽肉鸡体重,并进行生长模型拟合.结果表明:①3个品种黄羽肉鸡0~100日龄体重随日龄的增加而增加,同日龄时,胡须鸡体重>广西三黄鸡体重>清远麻鸡体重.②3种生长模型中,Richards模型的拟合度最高,在估计胡须鸡、广西三黄鸡和清远麻鸡体重方面更具优势.根据Rich-ards生长模型估测胡须鸡、广西三黄鸡和清远麻鸡的拐点体重分别为1 696.21、1 428.70、789.94 g;拐点日龄分别为 92.39、81.65、61.35日龄.
The aim of this experiment was to compare the growth and development rules and genetic param-eters of three different breeds of yellow-feathered broilers by Logistic,Gompertz and Richards nonlinear mathematical models.A total of 240 1-day-old Bearded chickens,Guangxi chickens and Qingyuan chick-ens were randomly divided into 3 groups(6 replicates per group and 40 chickens per replicate).The yellow-feathered broilers in each group were fed diets with the same nutritional level until 100 days of age,and the experiment lasted for 100 days.The results showed as follows:① body weight increased with age,the body weight of Bearded chickens>Guangxi chickens>Qingyuan chickens.②Among the three growth models,Richards curve model had the highest degree of fit and was more superior in estimating body weight of Bearded chickens,Guangxi chickens and Qingyuan chickens.According to Richards growth model,the inflection point body weight of Bearded,Guangxi and Qingyuan chickens was 1 696.21 g,1 428.70 g and 789.94 g,respectively.The turning point age was 92.39 d,81.65 d and 61.35 d,respectively.
