5种牧草补饲对马岗鹅生长性能、肉质及血清抗氧化与免疫的影响OA

Effects of Five Forage Supplementations on Growth Performance,Meat Quality,Serum Antioxidant and Immune Indices in Magang Geese

为优化马岗鹅生态养殖模式,研究选取葛藤(Pueraria montana var.lobata)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica)、狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)、杂交臂形草(Urochloa hybrid)、甜象草(Pennisetum pur-pureum Schumach.)5种广西常见牧草,系统评估补饲效果.试验选取90只健康马岗鹅,随机分为6组,每组设3个重复,每个重复5只鹅,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,其余5组在基础饲粮的基础上,分别按试验鹅初始体重的2%补饲鲜牧草(葛藤、牛筋草、狗牙根、杂交臂形草、甜象草).预试期10 d,正试期30 d.结果表明:①生长性能.与对照组相比,补饲狗牙根和杂交臂形草后,显著提高了平均日增重(ADG)并降低了料重比(F/G)(P<0.05).②肉品质.与对照组相比,杂交臂形草能降低胸肌和腿肌的剪切力(P>0.05);③免疫性能.与对照组相比,葛藤、甜象草和牛筋草能显著提升血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)含量(P<0.05).④抗氧化指标.与对照组相比,各牧草补饲组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低(P<0.05),提示牧草补饲可能通过引发适度的氧化应激而激活免疫应答.综上,补饲杂交臂形草与狗牙根可改善马岗鹅生长性能与肉质,而葛藤、甜象草和牛筋草则有助于增强机体免疫功能.

To optimize the ecological breeding model of Magang geese,this study selected five common forages in Guangxi—Kudzu vine(Puer-aria montana var.lobata),goosegrass(Eleusine indica),bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon),hybrid signalgrass(Urochloa hybrid),and napier grass(Pennisetum purpureum Schumach.)—to systemati-cally evaluate their effects as dietary supplements.Ninety healthy Magang geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates of 5 birds each.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the other five groups received corresponding fresh forages supplemented at 2%of initial body weight in addition to the basal diet.The trial included a 10-day pre-experimental period and a 30-day formal experimental period.The results showed that:①growth performance:supplementation with Bermudagrass and Hybrid signalgrass signifi-cantly increased average daily gain(ADG)and reduced the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)(P<0.05).②meat qual-ity:Hybrid signalgrass decreased shear force in breast and thigh muscles(P>0.05).③immune function:Kudzu vine,Napier grass and Goosegrass significantly increased serum immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)levels(P<0.05).④antioxidant indices:all forage-supplemented groups showed significantly increased malo-ndialdehyde(MDA)content and decreased activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glu-tathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)(P<0.05),suggesting that forage supplementation may activate immune responses by inducing moderate oxidative stress.In summary,supplementation with hybrid signalgrass and bermudagrass can improve growth performance and meat quality of Magang geese,while Kudzu vine,napier grass and goosegrass help enhance immune function.
