试验旨在探究网养条件下高湿玉米添加水平对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、血清生化指标、肉品质、抗氧化能力及肠道发育的影响.选取5 040只15日龄健康樱桃谷鸭,采用单因子随机分组设计,随机分为6个处理组,分别添加不同水平(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)的高湿玉米,0添加组为对照组,每组7个重复,饲养至42日龄,测定并分析相关指标.结果表明:①生长性能方面,5%、10%组平均日增重和料重比与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),15%、20%、25%组平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05).②10%、25%组腿肌pH显著降低(P<0.05),但氨基酸组成无显著变化(P>0.05).③与 对 照 组 相 比,10%、15%、25%组球蛋白(GLB)水平显著提升(P<0.05),15%组和25%组总蛋白(TP)水平显著升高(P<0.05);但10%~25%组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低(P<0.05).④16S测序结果表明,高湿玉米添加显著降低盲肠厚壁菌门丰度(P<0.05),显著提高拟杆菌门和放线菌门丰度(P<0.05);与对照相比,5%、10%、20%、25%组Shannon指数显著提高(P<0.05),5%、10%组和ACE指数和Chao1指数显著提升(P<0.05).⑤经济效益指标中,10%、20%、25%组造肉成本显著降低(P<0.05),其中10%组腿肌造肉成本最低.综上,樱桃谷鸭日粮中分别添加5%和10%的高湿玉米在不影响生长性能的同时可优化造肉成本,并显著改善肠道菌群多样性.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary high-moisture corn inclusion levels on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,meat quality,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal development of Cherry Valley ducks under net-rearing conditions.A total of 5 040 15-day-old healthy Cherry Valley ducks were selected and randomly divided into six treatment groups using a single-factor ran-domized design,with dietary high-moisture corn addition levels of 0(control group),5%,10%,15%,20%,and 25%,respectively.Each group had seven replicates,and the ducks were raised to 42 days of age,with relevant indices determined and analyzed.The results showed that:① In terms of growth performance,there were no signifi-cant differences in average daily gain(ADG)and feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)between the 5%and 10%groups and the control group(P>0.05);however,ADG was significantly decreased(P<0.05)and F/G was signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05)in the 15%,20%,and 25%groups.② The leg muscle pH in the 10%and 25%groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in amino acid composition(P>0.05).③ Compared with the control group,the globulin(GLB)level was significantly increased in the 10%,15%,and 25%groups(P<0.05),and the total protein(TP)level was significantly elevated in the 15%and 25%groups(P<0.05);whereas the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity was significantly reduced in the 10%-25%groups(P<0.05).④ 16S sequencing results indicated that dietary high-moisture corn sig-nificantly decreased the abundance of Firmicutes(P<0.05)and significantly increased the abundances of Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteriota in the cecum(P<0.05);compared to the control group,the Shannon index was significantly increased in the 5%,10%,20%,and 25%groups(P<0.05),and the ACE index and Chao1 index were significantly improved in the 5%and 10%groups(P<0.05).⑤ Regarding economic ben-efit indices,the cost-to-meat ratio was significantly reduced in the 10%,20%,and 25%groups(P<0.05),with the 10%group showing the lowest leg muscle cost-to-meat ratio.In conclusion,adding 5%and 10%high-moisture corn to the diet of Cherry Valley ducks can optimize the cost-to-meat ratio without affecting growth performance,and significantly improve intestinal microbiota diversity.
