香菇多糖对攻毒猪流行性腹泻病毒断奶仔猪生长性能、排毒情况及血液指标的影响OA
Effect of Lentinan on Growth Performance,Virus Shedding Status and Blood Indices of Weaned Piglets Challenged with Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus
研究旨在探讨饲粮添加香菇多糖(lentinan,LNT)对攻毒猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epi-demic diarrhea virus,PEDV)断奶仔猪的生长性能、攻毒后腹泻率与排毒情况、血清相关指标的影响.选取100头体重为(6.10±0.64)kg的健康21日龄三元杂交断奶仔猪,将其随机分为4组(n=25).对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验1组饲喂基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg LNT的饲粮;试验2组饲喂基础饲粮且试验第14天攻毒PEDV;试验3组饲喂基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg LNT的饲粮且试验第14天攻毒PEDV,试验期28 d.试验期间记录断奶仔猪的生长性能情况、攻毒后的腹泻率及排毒情况,检测血清指标.结果显示:饲喂香菇多糖和攻毒PEDV对终末重量、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比有显著影响(P<0.05),且二者存在交互作用(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验1组终末体重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组终末体重、平均日增重及平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05).攻毒后第17、21天,试验2组与试验3组腹泻率、粪便中抗原阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05);第21天试验3组较试验2组Ct值显著升高(P<0.05);第28天试验3组腹泻率、粪便中抗原阳性率较试验2组显著降低(P<0.05),Ct值显著升高(P<0.05).饲喂香菇多糖对丙二醛含量有显著影响(P<0.05),且饲喂香菇多糖和攻毒PEDV二者存在交互作用(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验1组尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验2组尿素氮含量显著升高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验2组丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.05).饲喂香菇多糖和攻毒PEDV对超氧化物歧化酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05),且二者存在交互作用(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验1组超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05).饲喂香菇多糖和攻毒PEDV对血清免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A含量有显著影响(P<0.05),且二者存在交互作用(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验1组免疫球蛋白G均显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组免疫球蛋白A显著升高(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加LNT可在断奶仔猪的生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫指标方面起到积极的作用,降低仔猪感染PEDV的腹泻率及缩短排毒周期,缓解PEDV感染造成的生长性能下降.
The study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with lentinan(LNT)on the growth performance,post-challenge diarrhea rate and virus shedding,and serum-related indicators of weaned piglets challenged with porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV).One hundred healthy 21-day-old weaned piglets of three-way crossbred with an average body weight of(6.10±0.64)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 25 piglets per group.The control group was fed a basal diet;the group 1 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg LNT;the group 2 was fed a basal diet and challenged with PEDV on the 14th day of the experiment;the group 3 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg LNT and challenged with PEDV on the 14th day of the experiment.The experimental period was 28 d.The growth performance,post-challenge diarrhea rate and virus shedding,and serum indicators of the weaned piglets were recorded and detected during the experiment.The results showed that dietary supplementation with lentinan and PEDV challenge had signifi-cant effects on final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,and feed conversion ratio(P<0.05),and there was an interaction between the two(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of the group 1 were significantly increased(P<0.05);the final weight,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake of the group 2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05).On the 17th and 21st days after challenge,there was no significant difference in the diarrhea rate and the positive rate of antigen in feces between the group 2 and the group 3(P>0.05);on the 21st day,the Ct value of the group 3 was significantly higher than that of the group 2(P<0.05);on the 28th day,the diarrhea rate and the positive rate of antigen in feces of the group 3 were significantly lower than those of the group 2(P<0.05),and the Ct value was significantly higher(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation with lentinan had a significant effect on malondialdehyde content(P<0.05),and there was an interaction between dietary supplementation with lentinan and PEDV challenge(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the urea nitrogen content of the group 1 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and that of the group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the malondialdehyde content of the group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation with lentinan and PEDV challenge had significant effects on superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.05),and there was an interaction between the two(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the superoxide dismutase activity of the group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation with lentinan and PEDV challenge had significant effects on serum immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A content(P<0.05),and there was an interaction between the two(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the immuno-globulin G of the group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the immunoglobulin A of the group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with LNT can play a positive role in the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and immune indicators of weaned piglets,reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets infected with PEDV,shorten the virus shedding period,and alleviate the decline in growth performance caused by PEDV infection.
