Processing Characteristics Database of Feedstuffs and Digital-intelligent Transformation of Feed Industry
饲料加工是饲料工业中实现原料改性、提升饲料品质与利用率的关键环节.饲料加工质量直接决定其适口性、营养价值及运输、储存稳定性.饲料原料的物化特性,如流动性、水合特性、黏度特性等不仅直接影响饲料加工质量,还可通过调控物料在加工过程中的水、热、力作用及相变行为,显著影响工艺参数优化与产品质量.此外,原料物化特性也是其本真特性,在鉴别原料掺杂方面具有尚不为人知的独特性.文章系统综述了淀粉与蛋白质饲料原料黏度特性、水合特性及其他关键物化指标对饲料加工过程(以水产膨化饲料为主)及产品品质的影响,系统介绍饲料原料物化特性数据库架构及其在国产配方工业软件中搭载应用,以期为饲料加工工艺优化、原料筛选、产品质量提升及饲料工业数智化转型提供理论参考与实践依据.
Feed processing is a critical link in the feed industry for raw material modification and enhance-ment of feed quality and utilization efficiency.Feed processing quality directly determines its palatability,nutritional value,and stability during transportation and storage.The physicochemical properties of feed-stuffs,such as flowability,hydration properties,and viscosity characteristics,not only directly affect feed processing quality but also significantly influence process parameter optimization and pellet quality by regu-lating the water,heat,and mechanical effects and phase transition behaviors of materials during processing.In addition,the physicochemical properties of raw materials represent their intrinsic characteristics,possess-ing unique and often underappreciated value in identifying raw material adulteration.This article systematically reviews the effects of key physico-chemical properties of starch and protein feed-stuffs on the feed processing procedure(focusing on aquatic extruded feed)and product quality.It also systematically introduces the framework of feedstuff physicochemical property database and its integra-tion and application in domestic formulation industrial software,providing theoretical references and practi-cal foundations for feed processing optimization,raw material screening,product quality improvement,and the digital-intelligent transformation of the feed industry.
