竹圈盐灸联合刮痧疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用OA

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of bamboo-circle salt moxibustion combined with gua-sha therapy in patients with lumbar disc herniation and to provide evidence-based support for the clinical promotion of this integrated therapy.Methods From January to December 2024,160 LDH patients admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected via convenience sampling and randomly divided into four groups(n=40 each)using a random number table:a control group,a Gua Sha group,a Bamboo Cupping Salt Moxibustion group,and a combination group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training;the scraping group,bamboo ring salt moxibustion group,and combination group received additional interventions based on the control group,namely scraping therapy,bamboo ring salt moxibustion therapy,and the combination of both,respectively.Before the intervention and after 2 weeks of intervention,assessments were conducted using the TCM Syndrome Score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)Score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)to evaluate lumbar function,pain level,and negative emotions.Simultaneously,serum inflammatory markers,including Interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,were measured and compared among the four groups.Results After the intervention,the TCM syndrome scores,IL-6 and CRP levels,and VAS,HAMD,HAMA,and ODI scores decreased in all four groups,while the JOA scores increased.The improvement in the combination group was superior to that in the other three groups,and all these differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bamboo Cupping Salt Moxibustion combined with Gua Sha therapy effectively reduces serum inflammatory marker levels,alleviates pain,promotes the recovery of lumbar function,and significantly improves negative emotions such as anxiety and depression caused by pain in patients with LDH.This combined therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
