近10年国内学者对脑卒中患者配偶照顾者研究的热点与趋势分析OA
Analysis of Hotspots and Trends in Research by Domestic Scholars on Spousal Caregivers of Stroke Patients over the Past Decade
目的 分析国内脑卒中配偶照顾者研究热点及前沿,旨在为后续学者深入开展脑卒中配偶照顾者相关研究提供参考.方法 以"脑卒中""配偶照顾者"等为检索词,在中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science检索我国学者2015年1月至2025年3月期间发表的脑卒中配偶照顾者相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.4.R 1软件对发文量,发文期刊、作者及机构,关键词及基金资助情况等方面进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入111篇文献,年发文量总体呈上升趋势.刊文量排名前3位的期刊分别为《军事护理》(7篇)、《护理学杂志》与《护理实践与研究》(各5篇);发文量排名前3位的作者依次为张振香(24篇)、梅永霞(24篇)、林蓓蕾(16篇);发文量排名前3位的机构依次为郑州大学护理与健康学院(21篇)、郑州大学(18篇)、郑州大学第二附属医院神经内科(7篇);机构间的合作关系主要以高校与其附属或教学医院为主;高频关键词包括二元应对、抑郁、中青年等;聚类分析共识别出了6个中文与7个英文关键词聚类群组;突现词分析显示近年突现强度较高的关键词为二元应对、生活质量、配偶同步等;国家级与省级科研资金在各类资助来源中占比最高(33.33%).结论 国内脑卒中配偶照顾者研究虽发展较迅速,但整体仍处初期,地域和学科间合作网络密度较低,亟需加强跨地区、跨学科协作.当前研究热点集中于二元应对、影响因素及生活质量三大主题,未来研究可围绕研究主题的拓展、研究对象的细分以及研究方法的丰富3个方面展开.
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers in Chinese studies on spousal caregivers of stroke patients,aiming to provide a reference for future in-depth studies in this field.Methods Using"stroke"and"spousal caregiver"as search terms,articles on spousal caregivers of stroke patients published by Chinese scholars between January 2015 and March 2025 were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and Web of Science.CiteSpace 6.4.R 1 was used to conduct a visualized analysis of the publication volume,journals,authors,institutions,keywords and funding sources.Results A total of 111 articles were included,showing an overall upward trend in the annual publication volume.The top 3 journals by publication volume were Military Nursing(7 articles),Journal of Nursing Science(5 articles)and Nursing Practice and Research(5 articles).The top 3 authors by publication volume were Zhang Zhenxiang(24 articles),Mei Yongxia(24 articles)and Lin Beilei(16 articles).The top 3 institutions by publication volume were Zhengzhou University School of Nursing and Health(21 articles),Zhengzhou University(18 articles),and the Department of Neurology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University(7 articles).Inter-institutional collaborations primarily occurred between universities and their affiliated or teaching hospitals.High-frequency keywords included dyadic coping,depression and young and middle-aged.Cluster analysis identified 6 Chinese and 7 English keyword clusters.Burst detection revealed that keywords with high burst intensity in recent years included dyadic coping,quality of life,and spouse synchronization.National and provincial research funds constituted the highest proportion of funding sources(33.33%).Conclusion Although research on spousal caregivers of stroke patients has developed rapidly in China,it remains at an early stage overall.The density of trans-regional and interdisciplinary collaboration networks is low,highlighting an urgent need to strengthen such collaborations.Current research hotspots center on three major themes:dyadic coping,influencing factors,and quality of life.Future efforts may be directed toward broadening research topics,subdividing research subjects and diversifying research methods.
