双酚A对雄性大鼠生殖损伤及海龙黄精散的干预作用OA
Interventional effects of Hailong Huangjing powder on Bisphenol A-induced reproductive injury in male rats
目的:探讨海龙黄精散对双酚A(BPA)诱导的雄性大鼠生殖损伤的预防作用.方法:以SD雄性大鼠为研究对象,建立BPA诱导的不育模型,给予不同剂量海龙黄精散进行预防和治疗干预.观察各组大鼠的精子质量、睾丸组织形态、氧化应激水平及细胞凋亡情况.结果:BPA暴露可降低大鼠精子的前向运动率、总活力和正常精子百分比(P<0.05),睾丸组织形态受损,表现为空泡化、细胞脱落和支持细胞减少,伴随谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低,丙二醛(MDA)水平升高(P<0.05),细胞凋亡显著增加(P<0.05).预防性和治疗性给予海龙黄精散均能显著改善BPA暴露引发的生殖损伤,其中加入中剂量和高剂量海龙黄精散组效果较好.结论:海龙黄精散可有效防治BPA诱导的雄性大鼠生殖损伤,其机制可能与其增强抗氧化能力、调控Sertoli细胞凋亡有关.
Objective:To investigate the preventive effects of Hailong Huangjing powder on reproductive dam-age induced by bisphenol A(BPA)in male rats.Methods:SD male rats were used to establish a BPA-induced infertil-ity model.Different doses of Hailong Huangjing powder were administered for preventive and therapeutic interven-tions.Sperm quality,testicular histomorphology,oxidative stress levels,and cell apoptosis were evaluated in each group.Results:BPA exposure significantly reduced sperm progressive motility,total motility,and the percentage of normal sperm(P<0.05),and caused marked testicular structural damage characterized by vacuolization,cell shed-ding,and decreased Sertoli cell numbers.BPA also reduced the activities of GSH-Px and CAT while increasing MDA levels(P<0.05),accompanied by a notable increase in cell apoptosis(P<0.05).Both preventive and therapeutic ad-ministration of Hailong Huangjing powder markedly improved BPA-induced reproductive injury,with the medium-and high-dose groups showing better efficacy.Conclusion:Hailong Huangjing powder effectively prevents and allevi-ates BPA-induced reproductive damage in male rats,and its mechanism may be related to enhancing antioxidant ca-pacity and regulating apoptosis of Sertoli cells.
