[目的]针对深埋大采高工作面沿空留巷柔模砼墙留设宽度问题,以大海则煤矿 20203工作面沿空留巷为工程背景.[方法]采用理论分析、数值模拟与工程验算相结合的方法,构建了柔模砼墙沿空留巷力学模型,并利用 UDEC数值模拟揭示了不同墙体宽度(1.0 m、1.2 m、1.5 m、1.7 m)下的围岩变形与应力演化规律.[结果]研究表明,随着墙体宽度增大,围岩变形及应力集中显著减小,具有明显的边际效应.墙体宽度由 1.0 m增至 1.5 m时,顶板最大下沉量降低 21.05%,稳定性显著提升;宽度增至 1.7 m后改善幅度明显趋缓.[结论]结合工程参数验算,确定合理墙体宽度为 1.5 m,此时墙体承载力为 18 925.2 kN/m,安全系数为 1.73,满足深埋大采高沿空留巷的安全性与经济性要求.研究结论可为深埋大采高沿空留巷柔模混凝土墙体宽度设计提供参考.

To address the problem of determining the appropriate width of flexible formwork wall in gob-side entry retaining under deep and large mining height conditions,the gob-side entry retaining of the 20203 working face at Dahaize Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background.A combined approach integrating theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and engineering verification was adopted.A mechanical model of gob-side entry retaining with a flexible formwork concrete wall was established,and UDEC numerical simulations were conducted to reveal the evolution characteristics of surrounding rock deformation and stress under different wall widths(1.0 m,1.2 m,1.5 m,and 1.7 m).The results indicate that,with increasing wall width,surrounding rock deformation and stress concentration are significantly reduced,exhibiting a clear marginal effect.When the wall width increases from 1.0 m to 1.5 m,the maximum roof subsidence decreases by 21.05%,and the stability of the surrounding rock is markedly improved;when the width is further increased to 1.7 m,the improvement becomes noticeably less pronounced.Based on engineering parameter verification,the reasonable wall width is determined to be 1.5 m.Under this condition,the bearing capacity of the wall is 18 925.2 kN/m with a safety factor of 1.73,satisfying the safety and economic requirements of gob-side entry retaining under deep and large mining height conditions.
