韩城矿区煤层压裂用活性水压裂液的优化及悬砂性能研究OA
Optimization of active hydraulic fracturing fluid and suspended sand performance for coal seam fracturing in Hancheng mining area
[目的及方法]韩城矿区煤层压裂固相颗粒黏土含量高,在水力压裂过程中,黏土颗粒与外来流体接触后易发生膨胀和运移,进而影响煤层气采收效果.通过合成常规油气开采用环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺共聚物(ECH-DMA)季铵盐型阳离子聚合物,对活性水压裂体系进行优化,再通过室内评价试验,分别采用离心法和砂比法测试压裂液的防膨性能和悬砂性能.[结果及结论]结果表明,优化后的压裂液的耐水洗性能及悬砂性能明显提高,可降低黏土颗粒的膨胀和运移,且支撑剂的携带效果提高,提高煤层气的采收率.
The coal seam fracturing operations in the Hancheng mining area are characterized by a high clay content in the solid particles.During the hydraulic fracturing process,these clay particles are prone to expansion and migration when they come into contact with external fluids,which in turn affects the effectiveness of coalbed methane recovery.To address this issue,we have optimized the active hydraulic fracturing system by synthesizing a quaternary ammonium salt cationic polymer,specifically the epichlorohydrin-dimethylamine copolymer(ECH-DMA),which is commonly used in conventional oil and gas extraction.We then conducted indoor evaluation tests to assess the anti-swelling performance and sand suspension capabilities of the fracturing fluid using both the centrifuge method and the sand ratio method,respectively.The results demonstrated that the optimized fracturing fluid exhibited significantly improved water wash resistance and sand suspension performance.It effectively reduced the expansion and migration of clay particles and improved the ability to carry proppant into the coal seams,thereby enhancing the recovery efficiency of coalbed methane.
