[目的]为探究输煤系统转载点粉尘运移规律.[方法]采用数值模拟方法,结合离散元(DEM)与计算流体动力学(CFD)耦合理论,并利用 EDEM及 Fluent软件对粉尘颗粒的运动状态进行仿真计算,建立了输煤系统的仿真模型,包括系统模型与煤块模型.[结果及结论]通过仿真,验证了额定运量和输送带速度,并分析了流场速度与粉尘粒径的分布情况.结果表明,风流从给料输送带流入,速度随运移距离增大而减小,在导料槽出口处风速最大,最大达到 2.1 m/s;粉尘颗粒随物料运动,大颗粒粉尘主要在导料槽内沉降,而小粒径粉尘易悬浮并随风流扩散至系统外,这是造成粉尘污染的主要原因.

This paper is to explore the dust migration law of the transfer point of the coal conveying system.Using numerical simulation method,combined with discrete element(DEM)and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)coupling theory,EDEM and Fluent software are used to simulate the motion state of dust particles.The simulation model of coal conveying system is established,including system model and coal block model.Through simulation,the rated transport volume and conveyor belt speed are verified,and the distribution of flow field speed and dust particle size is analyzed.The results show that the airflow flows in from the feed conveyor belt,and the velocity decreases with the increase of the transport distance.The air speed is the largest at the outlet of the guide trough,and the maximum is 2.1 m/s.The dust particles move with the material,and the large particle dust mainly settles in the guide groove,while the small particle dust is easy to suspend and diffuse to the outside of the system with the airflow,which is the main cause of dust pollution.
