关中矿区遗留巷道矸石充填减灾关键技术研究OA
Key technologies for gangue backfilling and disaster mitigation of abandoned roadways in Guanzhong mining area
[目的]遗留巷道在高温、高瓦斯条件下具有自燃、易爆的高危性,基于彬长孟村煤矿中央带式输送机大巷层位调整段、中央二号辅运大巷层位调整段及周围联络巷的实际地质情况,为防止巷道漏风造成瓦斯灾害及遗煤自燃等安全问题,[方法]通过建立矸石破碎、泵送充填分布衔接系统,利用矸石固体+矸石流态化料浆,实现遗留巷道充填减灾.[结果]通过 Fluent数值模拟研究,输送量为 40 m3/h时,选用 125 mm管径的输送管路,料浆在管输过程中性质稳定,无明显分层现象.通过料浆配比实验,研究确定配比浓度为 78%的料浆作为本次充填材料.矸石流态化充填系统充填设计能力 36 m3/h,充填矸石量约 57 t/h,已累计充填矸石 10 000余 t,充填料浆约 7 540 m3,充填效果良好.[结论]该技术在规模化处理煤矸石的同时,还可以密闭废弃巷道,达到充填减灾的目的,可为彬长矿区及其他类似矿井提供技术支持及理论支撑.
Abandoned roadways pose a high risk of spontaneous combustion and explosion under high-temperature and high-gas conditions.Based on the actual geological conditions of the central belt conveyor roadway layer adjustment section,the central No.2 auxiliary transport roadway layer adjustment section,and the surrounding connecting roadways in the Binchang Mengcun Mine,this paper aims to prevent safety problems such as gas disasters and residual coal spontaneous combustion caused by air leakage in roadways.A coordinated system for gangue crushing and pumpable backfilling distribution is established,using solid gangue and fluidized gangue slurry to achieve disaster mitigation through backfilling of abandoned roadways.Fluent numerical simulation shows that at a transport capacity of 40 m3/h,a 125 mm diameter pipeline is selected,and the slurry remains stable during pipeline transport with no obvious stratification.Slurry proportioning experiments determine that a slurry with a concentration of 78%is used as the backfill material.The designed backfilling capacity of the fluidized gangue backfilling system is 36 m3/h,with a gangue backfill rate of approximately 57 t/h.A total of over 10,000 tons of gangue and about 7,540 m3 of backfill slurry have been accumulated,achieving good backfilling results.This technology enables large-scale disposal of coal gangue while sealing abandoned roadways,thereby achieving backfilling and disaster mitigation.
