复杂氧化条件下白杨河矿区煤体自燃规律及防治技术研究OA
Spontaneous combustion law and prevention technology of coal under complex oxidation conditions in Baiyanghe mining area
[目的]为揭示瓦斯赋存及煤自燃特性对煤体自然发火期的影响规律,根据白杨河矿区开采特征,通过程序升温实验,结合煤矿瓦斯赋存情况,分析相对瓦斯涌出量、氧化速率与自然发火期间的作用关系.[方法]开展煤层初次氧化、二次氧化及低氧氧化等复杂氧化条件下煤自燃宏观特性测试,探究白杨河矿区复杂氧化条件下煤自燃特性,并制定针对性自燃防治措施.[结果]研究发现,瓦斯会占据煤体的孔隙和裂隙,高瓦斯浓度会抑制 O2 与煤的接触,降低耗氧速率,从而延长煤体自然发火期.二次氧化煤体耗氧速率加快,热量积累更迅速,自燃倾向显著增强,从而缩短自然发火期.当煤体 O2 的体积分数为 10.0%时,煤体在 60~80℃自燃特性受 O2 体积分数影响明显,低温阶段 O2 体积分数对煤自燃影响较弱.最终,根据白杨河矿区煤体自燃特性,提出了低温惰化及封堵技术,构建了白杨河矿区综合防灭火技术体系.[结论]研究结果对矿井复杂氧化条件下煤体自燃规律及防治技术研究具有重要的指导意义.
To reveal the influence laws of gas occurrence and coal spontaneous combustion characteristics on the spontaneous combustion period of coal,based on the mining characteristics of the Baiyanghe mining area,this study employs programmed temperature-rise experiments combined with the gas occurrence conditions in the coal mine.The relationships among relative gas emission rate,oxidation rate,and the spontaneous combustion period are analyzed.Macroscopic characteristic tests of coal spontaneous combustion under complex oxidation conditions,including primary oxidation,secondary oxidation,and low-oxygen oxidation,are carried out to investigate the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics under complex oxidation conditions in the mining area,and targeted prevention and control measures are formulated.The study finds that gas occupies the pores and fractures of coal.A high gas concentration inhibits the contact between oxygen and coal,reducing the oxygen consumption rate and thereby prolonging the spontaneous combustion period.For coal undergoing secondary oxidation,the oxygen consumption rate accelerates,heat accumulates more rapidly,and the spontaneous combustion tendency significantly increases,thus shortening the spontaneous combustion period.When the oxygen concentration around the coal is 10.0%,the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal at 60~80 ℃are significantly affected by the oxygen concentration,while the influence of oxygen concentration on coal spontaneous combustion is weaker at low temperatures.Finally,based on the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics in the mining area,low-temperature inerting and sealing technologies are proposed,and a comprehensive fire prevention and control technology system is established for the mining area.
