捆绑振动式核桃采摘机设计与试验OA

Design and experiment of a binding-type vibrating walnut harvester

针对云南省核桃人工采摘过程中存在的效率低、成本高、劳动强度大及用工困难等问题,结合当地核桃种植模式与采摘技术要求,研制了一种捆绑振动式核桃采摘机.田间试验结果表明,该采摘机的采净率可达 90%以上,能够显著降低核桃采摘的劳动强度与作业成本,从而提升核桃的市场竞争力.

To address the problems of low efficiency,high cost,high labor intensity,and difficulties in labor recruitment during manual walnut harvesting in Yunnan Province,a binding-type vibrating walnut harvester was developed in accordance with local walnut cultivation patterns and harvesting technical requirements.The results of field experiments indicated that the harvester achieved a harvest rate of over 90%,significantly reducing labor intensity and operating costs,thus improving the market competitiveness of walnuts.
