4YA-4A型自走式玉米收获机设计与试验OA
Design and test of 4YA-4A self-propelled corn harvester
针对玉米收获机存在的作业效率低、田间损失大以及不同工况适应性差等问题,设计一种 4YA-4A 型自走式玉米收获机,一次可完成摘穗、输送、剥皮、果穗集装、茎秆粉碎还田等多项工序.简述其工作原理,重点对收获机关键部件割台、剥皮装置、升运器、粮仓进行设计分析,确定收获机各关键部件的结构与参数.田间试验表明:该收获机总损失率为 1.69%,果穗含杂率为 0.11%,籽粒破碎率为 0.49%,苞叶剥净率为 96.7%,茎秆粉碎长度合格率为90.9%,能够低损高效的完成玉米机械化收获,可为玉米低损高效机械化收获提供装备支撑.
To address issues such as low operational efficiency,high field losses,and poor adaptability to different working conditions in corn harvesters,a 4YA-4A self-propelled corn harvester was designed.This machine was capable of completing multiple processes in one pass,including ear picking,conveying,husking,grain collection,and straw chopping and returning to the field.Its working principle was briefly described,with a focus placed on the design and analysis of key components such as the header,husking device,elevator,and grain tank.The structure and parameters of each key component of the harvester were determined.Field tests showed that the harvester achieved a total loss rate of 1.69%,a grain impurity rate of 0.11%,a kernel breakage rate of 0.49%,a husk removal rate of 96.7%,and a qualified straw chopping length rate of 90.9%.It was able to complete mechanized corn harvesting efficiently with low losses,providing equipment support for low-loss and high-efficiency mechanized corn harvesting.
