搂草机国内外发展现状及展望OA
Development status and prospects of rake machinery at home and abroad
搂草是饲草收贮的关键环节,直接影响饲草品质与加工效率.为此,阐述了搂草机的技术要求与分类体系,将主流机型归纳为指轮式、水平旋转式、滚筒式、带式 4 大类,并解析其作业原理与技术特征.通过梳理国内外典型机型的主要参数及应用现状,揭示了当前国产装备"指轮式基本并跑、旋转式差距缩小、滚筒式发展滞后、带式差距悬殊"的竞争格局.同时,分析了大型化、智能化、轻柔化的发展趋势,针对核心技术短板、标准体系滞后等问题,提出了分层突破、标准引领、政策引导等发展建议,以期为提升我国搂草装备技术水平、支撑饲草产业高质量发展提供参考.
Raking is regarded as a critical step in forage harvesting and storage,directly affecting the quality of forage and processing efficiency.To address this,the technical requirements and classification system of raking machinery were elaborated,with mainstream models being categorized into four major types:finger-wheel,horizontal rotary,drum,and belt rakes.Their operational principles and technical characteristics were analyzed.By examining the key parameters and application status of typical domestic and international models,the competitive landscape of China's current equipment was revealed:"finger-wheel rakes are largely on par,horizontal rotary rakes are narrowing the gap,drum rakes lag in development,and belt rakes face a significant disparity."Additionally,development trends toward larger scale,intelligence,and gentler handling were analyzed.To address core technological shortcomings and the lag in standardization systems,recommendations such as tiered breakthroughs,standard-led advancements,and policy guidance were proposed.These aim to enhance the technical level of China's raking equipment and support the high-quality development of the forage industry.
