轻质石膏混凝土夹芯复合墙板受弯性能试验研究OA
Experimental study on the flexural behavior of GLC lightweight concrete sandwich panels
混凝土夹芯保温复合墙板广泛用于建筑的外围护系统中,为研究轻质石膏混凝土(gypsum lightweight concrete,GLC)夹芯保温复合外墙板在风荷载等横向作用下抗弯机理和受弯性能,以基板厚度、保温芯材厚度、GLC 强度和纵筋直径为变量,采用 L9(34)正交试验设计方法对 9 种规格共 18 个夹芯板足尺试件进行正、反向加载四点弯曲试验.结果表明:夹芯复合墙板在横向荷载作用下的破坏属于典型的弹塑性破坏形态,表现为正截面受弯破坏和斜截面弯剪破坏两种破坏模式;基于弹性工作状态推导公式计算的墙板正截面抗弯、斜截面抗剪承载力和短期刚度与试验结果吻合较好.
Concrete sandwich insulated composite wall panels are widely used in building envelope systems.To investigate the flexural mechanism and bending performance of gypsum lightweight concrete(GLC)sandwich insulated composite exterior wall panels under lateral actions such as wind loads,an L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was adopted,with faceplate thickness,insulation core thickness,GLC strength,and longitudinal reinforcement diameter set as the influencing variables.A total of 18 full-scale specimens with 9 configurations were subjected to four-point bending tests under both positive and reverse loading conditions.The results indicate that the failure of the sandwich composite wall panels under lateral loading exhibits typical elastoplastic behavior,primarily manifested as flexural failure at normal sections and flexural-shear failure at inclined sections.Based on the elastic working state,calculation formulas for the flexural capacity of normal sections,shear capacity of inclined sections,and short-term stiffness were derived.The calculated results show well with the experimental data,demonstrating the reliability of the proposed formulas.
