高效液相色谱法测定三白草提取物中的3种活性成分OA

Determination of three active components in saururus chinensis extract by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)

建立一种高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法同时检测三白草的3种活性成分(芦丁、槲皮素和三白草酮).以乳液、霜、化妆水、精华油、中药粉末样品为代表基质,用甲醇溶液超声提取.研究发现,3 种化学成分的质量浓度在 1~200 mg/L内呈现线性关系(R2>0.999 9).样品加标回收率为86.3%~104.8%;相对标准偏差(RSD)均在5%以下(n=6).本方法具有快速、精确、重复性好等优点,适用于三白草提取物活性成分的检测,可为三白草提取物的质量控制提供科学依据.

A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the simultaneous determination of three active components:rutin,quercetin,and sauchinone,in Saururus chinensis extract.Representative matrices,including emulsion,cream,lotion,essence oil,and traditional Chinese medicine powder,were ultrasonically extracted with methanol solution.The results showed that the three compounds showed good linearity within the concentration range of 1~200 mg/L(R²>0.999 9).The spiked recovery rates ranged from 86.3%to 104.8%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all below 5%(n=6).This method is rapid,accurate,and reproducible,and is suitable for the determination of active components in Saururus chinensis extract,providing a scientific basis for its quality control.
