洗护产品中去屑剂的性能研究及筛选OA

To identify optimal anti-dandruff agents for shampoo formulation development,several commonly used and representative agents were selected in this study.The antibacterial activity of shampoos containing different anti-dandruff agents was evaluated using the Oxford cup method in vitro.In addition,zebrafish embryo acute toxicity tests,along with pH measurement and thermal stability(heat and cold resistance)assessments,were conducted to comprehensively investigate their applicability in shampoo formulations.The results showed that combinations of climbazole and Ganbaosu exhibited superior performance in terms of antibacterial activity,stability,and safety.Among them,the climbazole-based combination demonstrated better mildness.Therefore,in the development of anti-dandruff shampoo formulations,climbazole-based combinations can be preferentially selected to achieve an optimal balance between efficacy and safety.
