龙胆提取物在化妆品中的应用功效评价OA

The efficacy of gentian extract in cosmetics by establishing skin barrier damage and inflammation models was evaluated,combined with human efficacy tests and in vitro cell experiments.The effects of gentian extract on stratum corneum hydration,trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL),skin erythema,and the release of inflammatory mediators were systematically investigated.The results demonstrated that gentian extract significantly enhanced skin hydration,repaired impaired skin barrier function,and effectively inhibited the production of the inflammatory cytokine IL-6.The safety of gentian extract was further evaluated using human skin occlusive patch tests and the hen's egg chorioallantoic membrane(HET-CAM)assay,which indicated good skin tolerance and low irritation potential.This study provides a scientific basis for the broader application of gentian extract in cosmetics and supports its further technological development in the skincare field.
