A moisturizing,soothing,and repairing functional composition and its application
研究了一种基于甘油葡糖苷与乳酸杆菌/藻提取物发酵产物的舒缓修护功效组合物,并制备成稳定乳液体系.通过多维度功效评价模型(体外保湿、HaCaT细胞抗炎、透明质酸酶抑制、鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验、HaCaT细胞划痕试验及人体功效测试),系统评估其保湿、舒缓与屏障修护功效.结果表明,甘油葡糖苷与乳酸杆菌/藻提取物发酵产物的组合物,在组胺诱导的皮肤红斑模型中,退红效果显著优于其任一单独成分.含该功效组合物乳液2、6 h后保湿率较对照组显著提升(p<0.01),2、6 h失水速率显著低于对照组(p<0.01),表明其快速锁水与持续保湿能力.显著抑制IL-6炎症因子表达(p<0.05),对透明质酸酶活性抑制率达61.15%±5.02%,阻断炎症级联反应与透明质酸降解,且鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验显示温和不刺激.HaCaT细胞划痕实验中,与对照组相比,乳液组细胞相对迁移率达157.13%(p<0.01),显著促进伤口愈合.14天人体测试显示,受试者角质层含水量提升19.95%,血红素含量下降19.01%,且经皮水分散失值下降16.80%.表明组合物乳液具有良好的保湿、舒缓、修护功效,能有效强韧皮肤屏障.
A functional composition with moisturizing,soothing,and repairing properties,based on glucosyl-glycerol and a Lactobacillus/algae extract fermentation product,was developed and incorporated into a stable emulsion system.Its efficacy was systematically evaluated using multidimensional models,including in vitro moisturizing assays,anti-inflammatory assays in HaCaT cells,hyaluronidase inhibition,the hen's egg chorioallantoic membrane(HET-CAM)test,HaCaT cell scratch assay,and human efficacy studies.The results demonstrated that the combination of glucosyl-glycerol and the Lactobacillus/algae extract fermentation product exhibited superior anti-erythema effects compared with either component alone in a histamine-induced skin erythema model.The emulsion containing this composition showed significantly higher skin hydration than the control group at 2 and 6 h(p<0.01),along with significantly reduced trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL)(p<0.01),indicating rapid hydration and sustained moisture retention.The formulation significantly inhibited IL-6 expression(p<0.05)and exhibited a hyaluronidase inhibition rate of 61.15%±5.02%,suggesting effective suppression of inflammatory cascades and hyaluronic acid degradation.The HET-CAM assay confirmed that the formulation was mild and non-irritating.In the HaCaT cell scratch assay,the relative cell migration rate in the emulsion group reached 157.13%compared with the control group(p<0.01),indicating enhanced wound-healing capacity.In a 14-day human study,stratum corneum hydration increased by 19.95%,hemoglobin content decreased by 19.01%,and TEWL decreased by 16.80%.Overall,the emulsion containing this functional composition demonstrated excellent moisturizing,soothing,and repairing properties,and effectively strengthened the skin barrier.
