2021-2024年湖南省市售防晒类化妆品质量安全和风险分析OA

To investigate the usage of chemical UV filters in sunscreen cosmetics marketed in Hunan Province and to evaluate their safety risks,a supervisory sampling inspection was conducted from 2021 to 2024 across 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan.Samples were randomly collected in accordance with the National Cosmetics Sampling and Testing Manual.The types and contents of chemical UV filters were determined based on the Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 Edition)and in-house analytical methods,and product labeling information was also verified.Among the 186 batches analyzed,3 batches(1.6%)were identified as non-compliant.The main issues included the absence of labeled UV filters specified in product labels and registration dossiers,as well as the detection of undeclared UV filters not listed in the labeling or registration information.A total of 17 chemical UV filters were detected.Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate showed the highest detection frequency and concentration,being identified in 149 batches with a detection rate of 81.4%and a maximum mass fraction of 9.9%.More than 95%of the samples contained a combination of two or more UV filters,with mainstream formulations comprising 4～6 UV filters.Overall,the quality of sunscreen cosmetics marketed in Hunan Province remained relatively stable;however,issues such as counterfeit products and failure to comply with declared formulations persist.
