The safe operation of hoisting machinery under extreme conditions is of paramount importance.In this research,the regulatory and standard framework governing hoisting machinery in China was systematically reviewed,and its core contents were elucidated.The existing regulations and standards were examined for their specific provisions regarding extreme conditions,and corresponding improvements were proposed.The current domestic and international standards for hoisting machinery were evaluated in terms of technical requirements for high-temperature,high-humidity,and other extreme environments.Key discrepancies between the regulations and standards in this domain were identified,and recommendations were formulated to enhance the intrinsic safety of hoisting machinery operating under such conditions.These findings can help to improve regulations and standards governing hoisting machinery operating under extreme conditions so as to effectively safeguard personnel and property safety.
